Vanessa welcomes you to an old sheepfold that she has carefully renovated for your comfort. Two adjoining gîtes joined together to enjoy it together! They are separated by a gabion wall to guarantee everyone's tranquility and privacy.
These single-storey gîtes, with an indoor salt swimming pool (6x3 depth 1.50m) for one and a spa for the other, promise you good holiday memories. Bonus, the pool is heated all year round, so you can enjoy it in any season! Please note, the swimming pool is not suitable for People with Reduced Mobility. (inquire at our reservation center)
Reversible air conditioning will be a real plus for the summer. And for more pleasures: hikes and walks from the gîte, bistro restaurant with concert evenings in Couzon 3km, micro-folies museum, Street Art City Lurcy Levis 21km.

Ground floor: Each cottage is configured with a kitchen open to the living room. The living room has a convertible sofa that can accommodate 2 additional people at a rate of €15/person per night and a bathroom (walk-in shower with seat / Wc with grab bar) suitable for people with Reduced Mobility. Unlike La Grande Perdue which has 2 rooms for 2 people, La Fraise Sereine only has one room for 2 people.
Possibility of accommodating 4 additional people.

The owner makes and sells homemade jams, syrups and fruit pastes using local products. The poultry farm is located nearby. Electric heating included. This accommodation benefits from the “Accueil Vélo” label.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
