This 40m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building in a residence built in 1987, offering accommodations for up to 6 people. It is situated 700 meters from the village center and the Super Châtel cable car, with easy access to free shuttles. The apartment features a mountain corner with 2 foldaway bunk beds, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds), and a mezzanine with a single bed. The apartment also includes a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A south-west facing balcony adds to the charm of the space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, a mini oven, a toaster, a raclette machine, and a fondue set, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The apartment is also equipped with a TV, and single duvets are provided. Guests have access to garage no. 16 (please do not lock) and a ski locker for convenience.
Please note that pets are not allowed, and a €300 deposit is required. Heating is provided within the apartment for added comfort.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
