Property, along with its charming alpine atmosphere, offers spacious apartments designed for up to 4 guests. The apartments include a living room with a sofa bed for two, as well as a private bedroom with a double bed. Each unit features either a balcony or a terrace to enjoy the surrounding views. While pets are allowed for an additional fee of 50€ per pet per stay, the property offers a variety of other services such as baby kit loans, which include a baby bed, bath, changing mat, and baby chair (subject to availability). Free access to the heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna is also available, alongside two free guided half-day hikes in July and August. Additional services like daily cleaning and Wi-Fi are available for extra charges, with internet access offered for 16€ per week (27€ for 3 connections).

Additionally, the property’s proximity to Geneva and Lake Geneva makes it ideal for both nature lovers and those interested in visiting nearby cities. For those traveling by public transport, the residence is well-connected, and the charming town offers a wide variety of local shops, restaurants, and recreational opportunities.

The apartment’s kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, oven, and stovetop, enabling guests to prepare their own meals during their stay. Bed linens are included, with an additional charge for towel changes. The residence also offers a variety of optional services such as breakfast for 12€ per person per day, as well as a range of end-of-stay cleaning options, depending on the type of accommodation. For convenience, parking is mandatory and costs 40€ per week. Whether you choose to unwind in the sauna or enjoy a swim in the pool, the residence’s amenities are designed to enhance your comfort throughout your stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
