The residence is conveniently situated just 50 meters from shops and services, ensuring easy access to everything you need during your stay. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, including one with a mezzanine bed and another with a large double bed. The living area includes two trundle beds, a stereo with CD player, and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, hotplates, mini-oven, and microwave for all your cooking needs.
Located in Chamrousse, the residence offers easy access to a wide range of outdoor activities. In the winter, enjoy skiing and snowboarding on the resort's slopes, while in the summer, explore hiking trails and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
