Welcome to this charming 20m² studio in Chamrousse, perfect for up to 4 guests. The studio features a cozy living area with two sofa beds (140x200) and a TV. You’ll also enjoy a balcony with stunning mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, raclette/fondue set, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware. The bathroom includes a bathtub and separate WC. For your convenience, the apartment offers board games and a ski storage locker. The studio is equipped with blankets, pillows, and a vacuum cleaner. Public parking is available, but space is not guaranteed.

The residence is ideally located just 200 meters from the ski slopes, 700 meters from the ski school, and 500 meters from local shops. A free shuttle bus stop is only 200 meters away, providing easy access to the resort. Additional services such as bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an extra charge. A €500 security deposit is required upon arrival (bank imprint only).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
