This holiday home for 5 persons has two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with an electric heater and a television. In addition there is a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection, a fridge and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, an oven, a stovetop (induction), a microwave, a waterboiler, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

In the holiday home you will find bed linnen and bathroom textiles.

The contemporary ground-floor apartment is located in the center of Chamonix, just a 2-minute walk from the lifts for the Brévent skiing area, ski slopes, and shuttle buses. Guests can enjoy easy access to the mountains at any time of year. Nearby slopes are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. In the summer months, there are multiple hiking trails and mountain bike routes to choose from. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, with banks, a weekly market, and supermarkets nearby. Geneva airport is 1 hour 15 minutes away.

The apartment, which sleeps 5 people, is in a modern residence on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the center of Chamonix. The living area is full of light thanks to glass sliding doors which lead out to the garden and uninterrupted views of the mountains beyond. The spacious room is furnished with a sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, and a dining table for five. Next to this is the kitchen, beautifully fitted out and equipped with a combined cooker/induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

Sleeping:
- Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, with a double bed and wardrobe, has a glass door onto the terrace with direct access to the private garden.
- Bedroom 2: This unique bedroom has a double bed and a single bunk bed overhead.

Bathroom:
The stylish bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, and W.C.

The apartment is surrounded by stunning mountain views and is close to skiing and ski lifts. Guests can enjoy the proximity to the Brévent skiing area, ski slopes, and shuttle buses.
The slopes nearby are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. In the summer months, there are multiple hiking trails and mountain bike routes to choose from.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
