This holiday home for 6 persons has three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with an electric heater and a television. In addition there is a garden and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath.

The holiday home has a freezer and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a waterboiler, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, an oven and a stovetop (electric).

Linen

In the holiday home you will find bathroom textiles and bed linnen.

The apartment is situated in an ideal location in Argentière, just a 5-minute walk from the Grands Montets cable car and close to all amenities such as restaurants, bars, and shops. The Chamonix region's facilities are easily accessible, and the Geneva airport is a 1 hour 25-minute drive away.

The alpine décor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring an open sitting area with two sofas and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to this is the dining table, while the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine. Large windows and a sliding glass door line the dining area, with the door opening onto a wooden balcony. 

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, with attractive wooden panelling, is furnished with a double bed. Large sliding glass windows open onto the balcony where guests can relax on a sunlounger to enjoy the mountain air. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom

Bathrooms
The two modern bathrooms (one en suite to the master bedroom) both have a full bath with shower head, basin and W.C.

The apartment is located in the heart of nature yet close to the centre of Argentière. Just a 5-minute walk from the Grands Montets cable car, it is ideal for advanced skiers and snowboarders. Argentière offers gorgeous alpine landscapes, good restaurants, bars, and shops. The Chamonix region's facilities are all within reach, including the Argentière railway station and various outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, and horse riding in the summer. In the winter, visitors can enjoy skiing and snowboarding in the Alps.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
