This holiday home for 14 persons has six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television. In addition there is a terrace and a garden. The badroom is equipped with a bath.

Situated in Les Moettieux at the base of Mont Blanc, Chamonix offers world-class skiing and snowboarding opportunities. The property is conveniently located near the Telecabine De Planpraz and Aiguille du Midi cable car station. Geneva Airport (GVA) is a 75-minute drive from the apartment, whilst Chamonix-Mont-Blanc station is just a 5-minute taxi ride away.

The chalet features a traditional alpine design with wood-panelled walls and ceilings. The spacious open-plan living and dining room opens onto a terrace, while the kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.

Sleeping:

Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. This room also enjoys an ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 2: The spacious second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6: The fourth, fifth and sixth bedrooms are all furnished with twin beds.

Bathroom 1: The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin

Bathroom 2: The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bath, a double washbasin and a WC

Bathroom 3: The third bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a separate WC

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
