General

The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a television and a central heating. In addition there is a barbecue, garden furniture, a sauna, a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection, a fridge and a washing machine.

The chalet features a large, open plan living space with a separate lounge area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, raclette machine, wine cellar, and fondue machine. There are connected TVs and free Wi-Fi available for entertainment, as well as a laptop-friendly workspace.

Domaine des Planards and Chamonix Paintball are an 8-minute drive away, while the Chamonix Glass Museum and Montenvers station, which leads to the Mer de Glace, are both within a 15-minute drive.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
