Detailed information
Located on a sunny hillside in the village of Les Frasserands, close to the popular resort of Argentiere. Conveniently close to ski lifts, shuttle buses, and slopes. La Vormaine beginner slopes are just a 3-minute drive away, while the more experienced skiers can access the Tour Col de Balme slopes. Higher pistes around Argentiere offer skiing later in the season.
The main living area features stunning mountain views, a private terrace, wood-lined living room with a sofa, coffee table, armchairs, and flat-screen TV. Open-plan kitchen equipped with induction/cooker hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, fondue, and coffee machine. Three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with a single bed and pull-out single bed. Two bathrooms, one with a full bath and shower head, washing machine, basin, and WC, and an ensuite with a shower, basin, and WC.
The area offers skiing in the winter with close access to slopes, ski shuttle buses, and ski lifts. In the summer, guests can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, mountaineering, horse riding, white-water rafting, paragliding, tennis, and golf. Argentiere, a 3-minute drive away, offers amenities such as restaurants and a supermarket. A weekly market with local ingredients is held every Sunday morning.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
