This 23 m² studio, located on the 4th floor in the Chamonix Sud district, offers a cozy and functional living space for up to 4 guests. It features a living/dining area with two single beds (80 cm x 190 cm), a TV, and a small entrance with a set of bunk beds (80 cm x 190 cm). The kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, a mini-oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, and coffee maker. The apartment has electric heating, a bathroom, and a separate WC. A small south-facing balcony provides beautiful mountain views.

Situated 350 m from Chamonix’s center, the residence is close to shops, restaurants, and bars. A supermarket and shop are just 50 m away, while a shopping center is 600 m from the property. The bus stop is 180 m away, and the "Chamonix Mont-Blanc" railway station is 800 m. Ski lifts and cross-country skiing are 1 km away, and the Aiguille du Midi cable car is just 200 m from the building. The Montenvers Mer de Glace train is 900 m away.

The apartment offers a south-facing balcony, Wi-Fi (extra charge), and allows one small pet. Parking is not available, and the area has a nearby nightclub, which may cause occasional noise. The apartment includes a smoke detector for safety.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
