Gîte of 75 m² on the ground floor + upper floor with living room-kitchen area, 3 bedrooms. Shower room, electric heating, fireplace. Unfenced land of 300 m² with children's swing. Open courtyard. Near gîte 1071. Independent house comprising 1 gîte and the owner's secondary residence, with private access and land not overlooked. Located 5 minutes walk from the slopes of Chalmazel ski resort. Ski room. St-Georges-en-Couzan 8 km away.
The price includes: - The presence of an animal
- All charges (heating, electricity, gas and water) from April to November
Be careful in the event of excessive overconsumption, an additional cost may be requested.
The price does not include: - A fixed price of 15€/day electricity during the cold period from October to March

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
