We have chosen to open a gîte in the family home in addition to our professional activities in order to discover our haven of peace! We would be happy to show you our beautiful landscapes.
Gîtes of 140m² on 2 levels. On the ground floor you will benefit from a large living room of 50m² with kitchen open to the dining room as well as a small relaxation area, a living room of 17m² with sofa and television as well as a first bathroom and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms are equipped with 1 140 cm bed and the 3rd with 3 90 cm beds) as well as a 2nd bathroom and separate WC. In the heart of a quiet hamlet, with a view of the Forez plain and the Alps, discover this old stone farmhouse, completely renovated with taste, comfort and authenticity of yesteryear. The house offers quality equipment, spacious rooms, a warm atmosphere and personalized decoration. You will benefit from an enclosed, paved courtyard of 100m² facing due east and a landscaped garden. For greater comfort, charges are included in the rental price.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
