Electric heating. Mobile phone on request. Private green space (300m²), large courtyard, terrace, gas plancha and charcoal barbecue. garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis. Petanque court. Flowering fallow. Possibility of walking around the owner's pond and woods (2 ha). Treatment package of 3 consecutive weeks (March, April, September, October) €950. Preferential rate for other periods. Tronçais forest 30 km.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
