This independent cottage is surrounded by meadows where Charolais cows graze, you will enjoy the view of the bocage and below the Château-Charles forest famous for its mushrooms.
Covered terrace, small private green space and large garden shared with the owners who are nearby. It is not excluded that the owners' cats may visit you on the terrace during your stay. Games for children: trampoline, swing and slide.
The proximity of the A71 motorway exit (1.5 km) is ideal for discovering Allier for a weekend or a week. Néris les Bains spa resort 30 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
