Charming 3*** residence on the snow front, sunny, ski-in/ski-out. Ideal location in the heart of the Val-Cenis resort. Spacious and new apartments. Departure from the ski lifts 30 m away (Pré Novel chairlift). Departure for ski lessons and daycare 30m away.
Shops available on the ground floor of the residence: restaurant, souvenir press, sports store, bread and pastries hot spot, general food supply. Free shuttle to other points of the resort 80m away. Not accessible to PRMs.
Free WIFI access in the apartments.
Located in the heart of Val-Cenis between the villages of Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard, both accessible on foot (approximately 700m), the residence will allow you to enjoy the atmosphere of the 2 villages.

Good to know: An underground parking space included (height 2m10). Ski lockers at the entrance to the building with boot dryers.
Animals are prohibited in this apartment. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
