Located 20 minutes by car from Evian, Bernex is the family ski resort accessible to all and offering all the services for pleasant and warm evenings.
In summer, a stay in the great outdoors is offered to you with walks in the village and departures for hikes towards the Dent d'Oche. The village also offers the possibility of coming to enjoy the shores of Lake Geneva or nearby Switzerland.
Charming 135m2 chalet on the heights of Bernex, offering exceptional services and the capacity to accommodate up to 10 people. Located 1.2 km from the slopes, this 2-storey chalet offers breathtaking mountain views.

First bedroom: Two single beds with the possibility of bringing them together to form a double bed.
Second bedroom: Two single beds with the possibility of bringing them together to form a double bed.
Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and table.

The large dining table seats up to 10 people, and the comfortable living room is perfect for convivial evenings. The convertible sofa offers additional sleeping space

The chalet allows parking for up to five vehicles on the property. Pets are not allowed, and the accommodation is non-smoking.

When handing over the keys, you will be asked for a bank card imprint of €1000 to guarantee the security of your stay. This property is managed by a trusted agency.

Linen kit charged at €25 per person, including sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels

Optional end-of-stay cleaning at €200.

Additional charges may apply for late arrivals after 6 p.m.

We remind you that parking outside the property is prohibited. The private access can accommodate between 3 and 5 vehicles without difficulty.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
