In summer, a stay in the great outdoors is offered to you with walks in the village and departures for hikes towards the Dent d'Oche. The village also offers the possibility of coming to enjoy the shores of Lake Geneva or nearby Switzerland.
Magnificent chalet in Bernex, offering exceptional services and the possibility of accommodating up to 16 people. Located on the heights of Bernex, 4 km from the slopes, this 3-storey chalet combines charm, comfort and a breathtaking view of the mountains.

Garden level:
An independent apartment of 30 m2 includes an equipped kitchen (microwave, 2 electric hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator), a living room with a double convertible sofa, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (shower, WC ). A laundry area with washing machine is also at your disposal.

Ground floor:
The ground floor offers a living room with a double convertible sofa, a television, a wood stove, open to the dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher.. .) and two large balconies offering magnificent mountain views. It also includes a bathroom (shower, WC) and a bedroom with a double bed.

1st floor:
The 1st floor consists of two bedrooms with double beds and small balconies (one of them also has a single bed and a large wardrobe), a mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed (, as well as a bathroom (bath with shower screen, WC and sink).

The chalet offers wifi access throughout the property. Covered parking is available, and several cars can be parked outside on the access to the chalet, exclusively on the property.

When handing over the keys, you will be asked for a bank card imprint of €1000 to guarantee the security of your stay. This property is managed by a trusted agency.

Rental of household linen kit charged at €25 per person, including sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels

Optional end-of-stay cleaning at €200.

Additional charges may apply for late arrivals after 6 p.m.

We remind you that parking outside the property is prohibited. The private access can accommodate between 3 and 5 vehicles without difficulty.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
