In summer, a stay in the heart of nature is offered to you with walks in the village, departures for hikes towards the Dent d'Oche, ideal for stays with families or friends.
Charming 19m2 studio on the ground floor, nestled in the peaceful town of Bernex. Ideally designed to accommodate up to 4 people, this apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from the ski lifts.

As soon as you arrive, the apartment welcomes you with an entrance equipped with cupboards, housing a "mountain corner" with two bunk beds, creating a comfortable and functional space.

The pretty bathroom, equipped with a shower, integrated toilet and a washing machine, offers practicality and comfort.

The kitchen, open to a welcoming living room, is equipped with an electric hob, a microwave, a multifunction oven and a refrigerator. The living room has a convertible sofa creating a friendly space to relax.

Enjoy relaxing moments outdoors on the south-facing terrace, offering panoramic views of the majestic surrounding mountains.

The accommodation is completed by a numbered parking space (n°47) and a bicycle room shared with the building, adding to the practicality of your stay.

Please note that there is no ski storage or wifi access in the apartment. However, it is possible to take out a subscription from the tourist office to benefit from communal internet access.

In season, the little train leading to the village and the station passes in front of the building, making your travel easier.

You will be asked for a bank card imprint of €500 when handing over the keys, ensuring the security of your stay.

Rental of household and bathroom linen charged at €25, including sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

Optional end-of-stay cleaning at €65.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
