Spacious 24m2 apartment, ideally located near the ski slopes and hiking trails, offering comfortable space for 4 people.

The living room is a warm space, including a lounge area with a convertible sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, and everything needed to prepare delicious meals. A dining table is ready for convivial meals.

A washing machine is available for your convenience.

An east-facing balcony is accessible from the living room, providing an ideal place to enjoy the fresh air.

When handing over the keys, a bank card imprint of €500 will be required to guarantee the security of your stay. Please note that this property is managed by a trusted agency, ensuring quality service.

The linen kit including (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels) is priced at €25 per person

End of stay cleaning is optional at €65

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
