Located 20 minutes by car from Evian, Bernex is the family ski resort accessible to all and offering all the services for pleasant and warm evenings even in summer.
In summer, a stay in the great outdoors is offered to you with walks in the village and departures for hikes towards the Dent d'Oche.
The village center is 1500 meters away. The ski school 200 meters away.

Charming 23m2 apartment, ideally located near the ski slopes and magnificent hiking trails for an unforgettable vacation.
The living room welcomes you with a lounge area and a television, providing a space to relax after a busy day. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, and everything needed to prepare delicious meals. A dining table is ready for convivial meals.
A west-facing balcony is accessible from the living room, providing an ideal place to enjoy the sunset and stunning views.
The mountain corner at the entrance is made up of two bunk beds, perfect for younger children or friends.
The bedroom, separate from the living room, is equipped with a comfortable double bed for peaceful nights.
The bathroom is complete with a shower and toilet for added comfort.
The apartment has a ski locker to store your equipment safely. However, please note that the apartment does not have wifi access.
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets in this apartment.
When handing over the keys, a bank card imprint of €500 will be required to guarantee the security of your stay. Please note that this property is managed by a trusted agency, ensuring quality service.
Rental of linen charged at €25 per person including sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
