The living space includes a kitchenette equipped with electric hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a coffee maker, and crockery, all accompanied by a clever folding table to optimize the space of the room. The living room area offers you a quality convertible sofa for moments of relaxation while enjoying television. You will find everything you need to prepare your meals with pleasure.

A balcony opens from the living room, allowing you to enjoy the view and the fresh mountain air.

A mezzanine is available with a comfortable double bed, providing a cozy space for some well-deserved rest.

The alcove, separated from the living room, is also equipped with a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space.

The full bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a sink, a heated towel rail, and a toilet. It even has a window for more light.

A ski locker is at your disposal to store your equipment safely.

Please note that the apartment does not have wifi access or a parking space. We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, animals are welcome.

When handing over the keys, a bank card imprint of €500 will be required, to ensure mutual peace of mind. We would like to inform you that this property is managed by a trusted agency, guaranteeing quality service.

Rental of linens charged at €25 per person including sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels

Optional end-of-stay cleaning at €65.

Finally, please note that additional charges may apply for late arrivals (after 6 p.m.), so be sure to plan your arrival accordingly.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
