The owners Nathalie and Jérôme will be happy to welcome you. Nathalie, an animal lover, will introduce you to cats, dogs, poultry and horses. The owners live in the heart of the small hamlet near the 3 gites "Chloé", "Noailly" and "l'Orée".
The “Les clefs du vallon” gîte is a grouping of two adjoining gîtes. “Le Chapi”: 80m² gîte on raised ground floor + upper floor. The cottage opens onto the beautiful living room with a TV lounge with desk and a pretty fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and its warm pellet stove. Upstairs, we find: the three bedrooms (140 bed / 2 90 beds / 2 90 beds), the bathroom (bath with shower screen), and separate toilet. "Aux Fouillouses": Gîte of 84m² on the ground floor + upper floor. The cottage opens onto the spacious living room with a TV lounge with desk and a beautiful fitted and equipped kitchen open to the dining area which can accommodate. Upstairs, we find: the two bedrooms (140 cm bed / 4 90 cm beds), the bathroom (walk-in shower), and separate WC. You can enjoy a covered and closed shelter to play ping-pong, darts, etc. "Les clefs du vallon" benefits from a privileged location to reach several departments: Loire, Saône and Loire et Rhône. This building with its warm country character, combining tradition and modernity, offers you a privileged vacation spot. The owners have completely renovated this furnished apartment with style and taste, with contemporary and cozy decoration! The cottage has a pleasant 50m² terrace and a comfortable chapi for dining with friends or family, while enjoying the outdoors and the bucolic view of the countryside. To make your stay even more pleasant, the beds are made upon your arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
