The owners Nathalie and Jérôme will be happy to welcome you. Nathalie, an animal lover, will introduce you to cats, dogs, poultry and horses. The owners live in the heart of the small hamlet near the 3 gites "Chloé", "Noailly" and "l'Orée".
Personalized and harmonious gîte of 140 m² on ground floor + upper floor, kitchen, living room with lounge, fireplace, dining area and bar, 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine with 140 bed and office area. Cottage that can accommodate 8 people. Pleasant relaxation area under the veranda. Central heating.
Shared swimming pool at the “Chloé” gite. Paid horse boarding. Gite with shared swimming pool offering a superb view of the green valleys. Private enclosed land with trees, beautiful view of the countryside (owners' right of passage to feed horses and swimming pool maintenance). Conducive to relaxation and leisure.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
