Independent house in an old stable, completely renovated with wooded park and owners' swimming pool available.
Ground floor: American-style kitchen, living room, small lounge with wood stove, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (3 single beds), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Electric and wood heating. Courtyard and pleasure garden with lawn. Bicycles available.
Owners' swimming pool (also available in guest room G25592): open all year round. Very good exposure to the swimming pool (unheated, 10 x 5 m, deep from 0.8 to 1.5 meters + 3-4 steps of the staircase approximately 4 m wide). Protected by a rigid tarpaulin/bar cover with an alarm. Provision of accessories: ball, fries, mattresses, buoys...exterior lighting, solar shower. Wide opening range: from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (in principle but often until nighttime). Indoor and outdoor games (ping-pong table, pétanque balls, etc.) for children

Payment terms and -periods

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
