Enjoy a stay in this 120 m² house, ideally located at the foot of the cross-country ski trails and just 600 m from the village center. The shuttles for downhill skiing and cross-country skiing are 300 m away, ensuring easy access to winter activities.
The ground floor includes a living room with a sofa, a comfortable lounge with fireplace and WIFI connection, and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, electric and gas hob, large refrigerator, electric oven, classic and TASSIMO coffee maker, micro- waves, toaster, raclette and fondue sets, kettle... Everything is planned for your meals with family or friends.
On a half-level (8 steps) you will find two carpeted bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm) and the other with two bunk beds and a single bed (90 cm). A bathroom with shower and WC completes this space.
Another half-level (7 steps) houses a mezzanine with small TV, and a third bedroom with double bed (140 cm), as well as a bathroom with bathtub.
As for bedding, the house has 7 pillows and duvets for each bed, guaranteeing optimal comfort. A ski garage is at your disposal, as well as a washing machine for your comfort. The unnumbered private parking lot in front of the house makes parking easy.
Pets accepted for a supplement of €20 per animal per stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
