This cozy apartment in the heart of the village of 27 m², located on the 2nd floor, benefits from a beautiful south-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the sun all day long. Nestled in the heart of the village, it is just 100 meters from the start of the cross-country ski trails and the downhill ski shuttle, offering a perfect location for winter sports enthusiasts.
Inside, the living room accommodates a 140 cm BZ sofa, perfect for two people, as well as a small television for your moments of relaxation. The kitchen area is equipped to meet your culinary needs, with two electric hobs, a combined oven/microwave, a top fridge, as well as practical appliances such as a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a hand blender and , of course, a raclette machine for convivial evenings.
The apartment includes a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC, for greater comfort. At the entrance you will find an area with bunk beds, ideal for accommodating two additional people. The bedding includes a large duvet (200x200), two smaller ones (140x200) and four pillows to guarantee a good night's sleep.
Practical and easy to maintain, this apartment is without carpet and has a vacuum cleaner. To store your ski equipment, a ski closet is at your disposal (n°14). Although parking spaces are limited in front of the buildings, it is possible to park for free nearby, at the town hall or at the Nordic center.
Pets are welcome for a supplement of €20 per stay and per animal.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
