This superb 40 m² apartment, completely and tastefully renovated, is located on the 2nd floor of a residence, offering a west-facing balcony. Ideally located 500 meters from the village center, at the foot of the cross-country ski trails, and only 100 meters from the shuttle for downhill skiing, it is a perfect place to enjoy winter sports and the mountains.
The spacious and bright living room has a Rapido convertible sofa (140 cm) and a large television. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with oven and three electric hotplates, a hood, a large refrigerator with a small freezer section, a microwave, as well as various household appliances (kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster). bread). A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
