From Puy en Velay, follow the direction of Pradelles via the RN88. At the exit of Costaros, follow the direction of Arlempdes on your left. Always continue following Arlempdes. Turn left at the sign Montagnac. You have to cross the village and the house is located at the exit of the village, on the right.
In the heart of a hamlet not far from Arlempdes, the most beautiful village in France, this old farm was completely renovated in 2020 to offer you a magnificent stay in Haute Loire in modern and spacious accommodation.

Ideally located, this gîte will allow you to visit a large number of tourist sites such as Lac du Bouchet and the Gorges de l'Allier, the medieval Château of Arlempdes, the Gorges de la Loire, the Estables sports resort at the foot of the Mézenc as well as the UNESCO listed monuments of Puy-en-Velay.

This gîte is ideal for meeting up and recharging your batteries with family or friends.

All shops and services in Costaros, 5kms. The large living room has a large fitted kitchen, a dining area and a lounge (2 convertible sofas are available). A bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a laundry room (with washing machine and storage) complete the ground floor.

The sleeping area is located on a half-level and offers 3 bedrooms, all with shower room, a toilet and storage cupboards.

Upstairs, a double bedroom with sloping ceilings but low ceilings will be ideal for children.

You will have a closed garage, open land (3000m2), with private parking and swing.

A very pleasant furnished terrace will welcome your sunny breakfasts or late aperitifs.

A spa is available in a room independent of the gîte.

At your disposal: baby equipment (bed, high chair, bath), parasol, barbecue, pétanque court.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
