From Puy-en-Velay, head towards Aubenas via the RN88. In Costaros, turn left (D49) towards Arlempdes. Then turn right onto the D54, pass Freycenet. The cottage is located in Suc d'Arlempdes.
Independent house, old family farm from 1882 carefully restored while respecting its original character on enclosed grounds of 600 m².

Nearby: Arlempdes 2 km (medieval village, remains of the castle, castle chapel, on the banks of the Loire), Pradelles 16 km (medieval village, church, rail bike, draft horse museum). All shops, services and weekly market on Monday mornings in Costaros (8 km). Ground floor: large living room-kitchen (TV), 1 bedroom (2 140 cm beds), 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed and child's bed), shower room, toilet.

1st floor: 4 bedrooms (5 140 cm beds, 2 90 cm beds), bathroom (shower and bathtub), shower room, toilet.

Possibility of renting the festive room (70 m²): €100/week.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
