Via the N88, take the direction of St-Julien-Chapteuil then Le Chambon-sur-Lignon via the D15. The village of Les Balayes is located after Boussoulet. The gîte is located on the left at the exit of the village. Welcome to Mr. and Mrs. Royer (large Gîtes de France panel on console).
Located in a wooded environment, on the edge of the Meygal forest, this gîte is a large independent stone house with 2 pleasant terraces (8 and 9 m²) and a private unfenced grassy area of 200 m² with games for children.

Nearby: Blue Lake, Lauzière miniature park and Meygal forest on site, St-Julien-Chapteuil 10 km away (church, Jules Roman museum, climbing site, all shops and services). The parents of the owners provide reception and provide part of their shared land (1500 m²).

The ground floor consists of a dining room with fully equipped kitchen area, communicating with a large living room with closed fireplace, separate toilet in the laundry room.

The 1st floor is separated into 2 independent modules each comprising 2 bedrooms, for a total of: 3 bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed each and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds), 1 bathroom and 1 toilet on each side.

Services offered by the owners:
- Oil central heating included in the price. Wood for the fireplace provided free of charge.
- Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair and bathtub on request.
- Provision of a mobile phone in the gîte.

Services offered to subscribe to from owners:
Cleaning service: €50 (to be paid on site).
Sheet rental: €8/single bed, €10/double bed. (to be paid on site).

A deposit of €120 will be required upon your arrival at the gîte.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
