The 17m² studio in the Les Oréades residence is ideal for a family or group of four, offering a convenient and cozy setup. Located on the 2nd floor, the studio features a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and dining area, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, induction hobs, and a dishwasher. The sleeping area under the slope includes a double bed and a single bed. A balcony with western exposure provides a pleasant outdoor space, while the bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, and toilet. Additional facilities include underground parking.
Situated 1.1km from Combloux village center and 1.2km from the Princess ski slopes, the residence offers a peaceful location with easy access to the slopes. The area is ideal for a ski holiday, with the village and ski lifts within a short drive or walk. The residence is in a two-building complex, with no elevator, offering a quiet retreat after a day on the mountain.
Optional services include Wi-Fi box rental, linen rentals, childcare equipment, and end-of-stay cleaning, all available for an additional charge. The rental includes pillows, duvets, blankets, and dishes, but household products are not provided. A deposit of €260 is required upon booking, and heating is available for added comfort.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
