Located near the forest of Flaine in Haute Savoie, the residence offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to Flaine-Forum. A lift connects the residence directly to the resort center, where you’ll find a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. The residence features modern amenities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and free Wi-Fi at reception. Each spacious apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, dining area, living room, and a balcony or terrace offering views of the resort.
Nearby attractions include a restaurant just 70 meters away, with many more bars and dining options in the resort. The village of Flaine-Forêt is close by, as are supermarkets and a regional food market (300 meters). For winter sports enthusiasts, Flaine offers a variety of slopes and activities, while during the summer, guests can enjoy hiking and scenic views.
The 4-room Mountain Corner apartment can accommodate up to 10 people, with a south-facing balcony. It includes a living room with a sofa bed or two pull-out beds, three bedrooms (either double beds or two single beds), a mountain corner with two bunk beds, two shower rooms, a bathroom, and two toilets (one separate).

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
