Classified as 3* furnished tourist accommodation, it consists of an equipped kitchen open to the dining area; living room side: a 120 cm convertible corner sofa, a TV; an independent sleeping area closed by a curtain with a 140 cm bed and a cupboard; a bathroom with bathtub.
The south-facing furnished terrace will allow you to have breakfast or enjoy the sun in complete peace and quiet.
You can park in the private parking space in the secure basement (No. 16). You will also have access to bicycle storage

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
