General

This holiday home for 15 persons has five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

75 km to the east from Helsinki, Gulf of Finland 120 m, shared beach and rowing boat.

A cozy cabin (195 m²) by the sea. The cabin features a spacious living room, a large dining area accommodating 14 people, and a well-equipped kitchen. The fireplace room boasts a warm ambiance with a heat-retaining fireplace.

The bathroom includes 3 showers. A spacious sauna features an electric sauna stove.

On the ground floor, two bedrooms, each with three beds. On the upper floor, three bedrooms. Upper floor bedroom 1: 2 beds, Bedroom 2: 3 beds, Bedroom 3: 3 beds. Additionally, one bed in the upper floor hall. The cabin has a total of 15 beds.

A gas grill and garden furniture are available on the terrace.

A highchair and a travel crib are available upon advance request at no extra charge.

Pets are allowed but are not permitted on sofas or beds. If pets relieve themselves in the yard, the tenant must clean up after them.

By the shore, there is a spacious cooking hut and a shallow swimming spot for shared use among the cabins in the area.

In addition, there is a separate rental option for a 150 m² beach sauna. It includes two hot tubs, and two spacious saunas, each with its own bathroom, a communal spacious living area, and a small kitchen. The rent is €200 for 3 hours. The rental terms are arranged directly with the owner on-site, and payment is also made directly to the owner. Flat wooded plot is by the sea, with a beach 90 m away.

Sea Golf Rönnäs is approx. a 1 km walking distance or 2.6 km by road. The restaurant offers golf privileges.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
