Vuonna 2007 rakennettu viehättävä ja hyvin varusteltu loma-asunto kauniilla paikalla maalaismaisemassa sopii ympärivuotiseen käyttöön.
Loma-asunto on laadukkaasti rakennettu ja sieltä löytyy kaikki mukavuudet.
Villa Holkerissa on 2 makuuhuonetta, iso olohuone sekä tupakeittiö. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on etätyöpiste ja 80x200 cm kokoinen vuode. 4G-yhteyden ansiosta etätyön tekeminenkin hoituu sujuvasti.
Suuremmasta päämakuuhuoneesta löytyy täysmittainen parisänky.
Tilava sauna takkahuoneineen on sijoitettu erilleen asuintiloista. Sauna- ja asuintilojen välissä on tilava katettu terassi, jossa on mukava löylyjen välissä vilvoitella.
Myös lemmikit (maksimissaan 3 lemmikkiä) ovat tervetulleita tähän loma-asuntoon ilman lisämaksua.
Lähin vesistö, Rausjärvi on noin 1,5 km etäisyydellä.
Karkkilasta, jonne on matkaa vajaat 20 km löytyy Aki Kaurismäen Kino Laika, johon kannattaa ehdottomasti poiketa.
Vihti Ski Center sijaitsee 35 km päässä ja Hill Side Golf Club on 20 min ajomatkan päässä kohteesta.
Koko perheen mieleen on varmasti 11 km päässä sijaitseva Vähäveden Tila, josta löytyy kotieläimiä sekä toimintaa vaikkapa melontaretken muodossa.
