General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

110 km to the north from Helsinki in Harviala, Janakkala, this modern 105 m² lakeside villa was built in 2023 by lake Sääjärvi. There is a campfire site and a pier by the lake. The bottom of the lake is soft near the shore, and you can access it for swimming from the pier.

There is a large landscape window which gives a wonderful view of the fishy Lake Sääjärvi. The well-equipped living room and kitchen are open to the ceiling. In addition there are 2 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor. One with double bed (160 cm) and other with bunk bed (2 x 80 cm). Upstairs a large low loft with 2 beds (80 cm). In addition an utility room.

There is no sauna.

There is a charcoal grill, which has a smoker and a BBQ grill. A kayak and rowing boat are available for use.

Please contact Lomarengas if you want to rent this cottage just for a day without staying overnight, for example for a meeting. The price is 625 e in summer (after Midsummer - mid August) and 430 e at other times, including towels. Day use is from 9 am to 11 pm. The daily price is not in use at Christmas, New Year, Easter and Midsummer. The villa has a large panoramic window on one wall, offering a magnificent view of the fish-rich lake Sääjärvi. The well-equipped living room/kitchen area has high ceilings. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
