This holiday home for 3 persons has a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Magnificent 45 m² holiday apartment, built in May 2019. Living room with sofa bed, living room/kitchen, bedroom with two 90 cm wide beds, electric sauna, shower, separate WC,
air source heat pump (for cooling), high-speed wired internet connection. Note! There is not a normal Antenna TV. There is a "streaming center" where you can watch eg. Netflix (if you have Netflix contract).

There is a communal a wood heated 35 m² lakeside sauna with a lounge area. The lakeside sauna is for shared use with all apartments in the area and for both men and women simultaneously (it's not possible to book the sauna for private use). During winter time there is no running water and the water has to be carried to the sauna.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
