Log cottage, built 2013, kitchen, two bedrooms; one with double bed, one with 2 beds, sauna, bathroom, terrace.
Final cleaning is included to the price.
Bluray home theater system, 50" Smart TV, WiFi, Bluetooth speaker. Tumble dryer, air source heat pump. Steep and narrow stairs to the loft.
Road Lappeenrannantie (no. 13) runs behind the lake, 1 km away, traffic can be seen and heard. Cottage is located in a quiet location, middle of the countryside, surrounded by a private nature reserve of 5.28 ha. Own shoreline 430 m. Note: to use the engine in the boat is prohibited. Cottage has water pipe, but drinking water needs to bring along.
