Log cottage 2005, kitchen, living room convertible sofa/bed, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 2 beds, sleeping loft 2 beds, sauna (electric stove), washroom shower, dressing/utility room, toilet, roofed terrace. Gas grill in summer use (1.6. - 30.9.).
Separate lakeshore sauna in summer use (1.6. - 30.9.), wood-burning stove, hot water tank on stove, dressing room, sauna with relaxation room, porch, water comes from the pump, electric light.
Car port/woodshed. Security deposit 150 eur. Homely, comfortable log cottage on forest-covered slope. Swimming shore has current (running water): this water (Kietävälänvirta) does not freeze over in winter. Ferry by water 0.3 km (sounds of the ferry can be heard).
Owner rents out e.g. baby’s cot, baby feeding chair, 5 bicycles, life jackets, two marine aluminium 10 hp Buster boat. Home-baked confectionary to order.
Nature trail starts at cottage which is joined to municipal nature trail network. Several trails of varying length. Additionally, owner has a tepee approx. 3 km away, which is a good destination for a walk. In Puumala there is 60 km long bicycle path Saaristoreitti for cyclists. Saimaa seal watching tours from Puumala.
Kietävälä ferry 1 km, Kostioniemi golf 6 km, Kaartilankoski village shop 12 km, Puumala 24 km, Sulkava 25 km, Savonlinna 65 km, Imatra 77 km, Mikkeli 95 km, Helsinki 323 km.
