This holiday home for 8 persons has three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

54 km to the northeast from Heinola, lake Kalajärvi 25 m (length 0,9 km, width 0,2 km) sand soft bottom, pier and rowing boat.

This destination suits well for people with reduced mobility. All interiors and yard are designed and built considering accessibility issues. All doors and walkways are wider than usual, ramps outside are gently sloping, both WC’s and showers have
equipment for the disabled persons, sauna elevator in the sauna. Double beds in the bedrooms are also motorized.

There is a carport, beach volley field and cooking hut in the yard. Also bathtub for rent. The price is 70 €. Bathtub rental fee are paid directly to the owner. Please contact the owner in advance.
Kalaranta is a modern and high quality rental villa, ideal for families, groups and people with reduced mobility. In a large yard, you can do many kind of holiday activities. You can play many kinds of aftermaths in the bathtub, cooking hut or sauna.

Motor boats are not allowed in the lake, so the place is peaceful. Distance to the nearest neighbor is 500 m. Good fishing waters and terrains for picking berries and mushroom nearby.

Pertunmaa 10 km, ski trails in Pertunmaa (length 10 km). Kuortti 21 km, Mäntyharju 27 km (among other things, Art center Salmela), Heinola 54 km, Mikkeli 55 km, Repovesi national park 66 km, Lappeenranta 125 km, Helsinki 192 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 30 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Kalaranta in Pertunmaa you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
