This holiday home for 6 persons has three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

75 km west of Joensuu, Taivallahti canal 100 m, deep bottom, stairs into the water, rowing boat 500 m, possible to get electric ourboard motor.

House built in 1974, renovated in the 2000s. Kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms with double bed in each room. Sauna with electric stove (renovated 2017) and washing room, toilet. Big hall and covered porch. Gas grill. Internet connection. Netflix TV.

For summer use there is sleep-in outbuilding with double bed in yard.

Owner has another cottage 13989 Tyynelä, only 10 away.
A comfortable and beautifully decorated house, which is located at the Taivallahti canal. In summertime, the canal passes the cruise ship to Valamo monastery. Clients can board to the ship directly at the Taivallahti canal, next to the cottage, by pre-order. Quiet and peaceful location. Nature path leaves from the house to Lintula and Valamo monasteries, distance about 7,5 km to the each monastery, to Heinävesi 34 km. Good possibilities for berry and mushroom picking. Swimming place at the canal 100 m from the cottage. Sandy beach at Varistaipale 2 km from the house.

Boat locates in Taivallahti bay, 500 m from cottage. Excellent fishing opportunities.

Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings). Final cleaning will be added to the price during 27.12.-12.1.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
