General

This holiday home for 6 persons has two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

58 km north of Savonlinna, Lake Ruunavesi 25 m (length 10 km, width 800 m), part of the Lake Saimaa waterway, fairly shallow, hard moraine bottom, pier, own boat.

NOTE, THE HOT TUB IS BROKEN AND NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL ABOUT FEBRUARY 2024. Excellent view to Ruunavesi (Lake Saimaa). High standard log cottage identical to cottage no. 7588, these being neighbours (distance about 70 m). There is no other cottages near. Slope to shore.

NOTE, THE HOT TUB IS BROKEN AND NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL ABOUT FEBRUARY 2024. (The hot tub is available year-round. Owner can heat the hot pot upon request.)

All floor surfaces are tiled stone and as a form of heating is underfloor heating. Fireplace brings warmth and cosy atmosphere in living room. Information about fishing in the cottage, additionally separate place for fish processing and grill hut.

Owner hires out outboard motors (4 hp) for rowing boats and fishing boats (with steering control, electric start and sonar). Moose (elk) and small game hunting possible (note licences).

In the area there is a campfire site and lean-to. Nature paths, cross country skiing tracks, sledding hill and campfire site in the area are in the guests free use. On opposite shore to cottage approx. 500 m away is Hyväsalmi road bridge.

Kolovesi National Park 15 km, Linnasaari National Park 25 km, Savonlinna 58 km, Enonkoski 26 km, Kerimäki 58 km. Pääskyvuori downhill ski resort 34 km, Ruunarinteet 65 km ja Tahko 170 km

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
