Log chalet 2010, living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed, bedroom 2 beds, utility room, washroom, sauna (electric stove), roofed terrace. Upstairs: bedroom with 2 beds, wc, lounge with 2 beds, balcony.
A wood-burning 8-10 person hot tub for rent for additional price. Hot tub rent is 130 € / day (one heating), 200€ / 2 days. For longer period extra price. Filling, warming, emptying and cleaning of the hot tub by the client. Rent is paid on the spot by cash to the owner.
High standard furnishings, excellent interior décor colour effects, a truly comfortable holiday home. Equipment includes karaoke facility.
Pet fee 25 e / booking (applies to bookings made after 1.12.21). Cottage located on natural plot on small hill with pines and birches. For children there are potty and toys in addition to the crib and high chair. Play/games area outdoors.
Horse riding opportunities 9 km, Zoo 15 km, Moksunniemen Golf 14 km, Tuuri shopping centre 29 km, Mustikkavuori sports centre 7 km, with e.g. illuminated backpacking/ski trails 10 km, ice hall, rifle range. Vuorenmaa ski resort 63 km.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
