General

This holiday home for 7 persons has four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a sauna and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

A spacious log house on the shore of Lake Paro, also suitable for a joint vacation for several families. The house is three stories high.

The two upper floors house the main living areas of the house, with three bedrooms (bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: single bed and bedroom 3: double bed), a kitchen, sauna, bathroom, utility room and two WCs.

Access to the ground floor is from the outside. There is a separate apartment with a living room, bedroom (two beds), kitchen, WC and shower.

Additionally, there is a separate beach cabin (available in the summer) with a wood-heated sauna and a fireplace room with a loft (mattress for two).

75 km to the north of Mikkeli, Lake Paro 55 m, no pier, a sandy shallow beach, own rowing boat. The log cabin is 296 m² (built in 1991).

Pets are welcome in the house as long as they do not stay on the sofas or beds. A 2 hp outboard motor is available for rent from the owner, with payment made directly to the owner. The log house is situated on a forested hillside plot with ample space for multiple cars. There is a fixed brick grill by the shore and a campfire site in the yard. The log house boasts spacious terraces with furniture. The surrounding area offers excellent jogging and cycling trails, as well as great opportunities for fishing and berry picking. In winter, there is a snowmobile trail on the lake ice.

Charging for electric cars: a standard socket is available for an additional fee, to be arranged with the owner at the beginning of the rental. Approximately 5 km away is Jari-Pekka Joroinen, a 24-hour service station on Highway 5, with Neste MY Renewable Charging station and Fortum Charging Point.

In July, Joroinen hosts triathlon competitions, with the starting point about 5 km from the house. Kartano Golf is 8.5 km away in Joroinen.

There is a lake/open water less than 50 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Tuohiniemi in Joroinen you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
