This holiday home for 16 persons has four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

30 km east of Lappeenranta, Lake Saimaa/Hinkanlahti bay 20 m, shallow, hard, stone/sand bottom, own boat.
Own shoreline of 150 m (south-southwest).

Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers

"Log cabin" (65 m²) 1985, partly renovated 2006, large living room with double bed and convertible sofa/double bed, fireplace, mini kitchen, sauna, washroom shower and hot water cauldron (for heating lake water), dressing room, toilet, terrace.

Another house in yard area (50 m²) log-panelled 1980, renovated 2005, has 3 apartments. Apartment 1 (27 m²): living room and bedroom 2 beds. Apartment 2 (8.5 m²): 2 beds. Apartment 3 (14 m²): 2 rooms with 2 beds in each.

"Cabin" (28 m²) board-covered, 1980, renovated 2006, all in same place, double bed and 2 beds, terrace (12 m²).

Separate toilet building, built 1985, renovated 2000, with 3 toilets.

Roofed grill, log-built 1985, wood-fired barbecue grill, electric light, cold running water from lake, wash basin. This ideal holiday location for a group comprises a pleasant collection of accommodation buildings. The complete area is rented out at the same time. This previous “holiday village area” location is now privately owned. The plot (6000 m²) is on a slope, with steps down to the lake, a long pier. Shore stony, swimming beach is sandy. Grass and planted shrubs, etc.

Volley ball net, sand box for children, swing. Bicycles.

For hire 3-hp outboard motor.

Shipping channel 2 km away, large area of open water. Imatra, Imatrankosket rapids, Imatran Kylpylä (spa) 10 km, Svetogorsk (Russia) 15 km, Nuijamaa 35 km, Viipuri 60 km, Kotka 140 km, Savonlinna 150 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 20 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Saunamäki in Lappeenranta you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
