General

This holiday home for 6 persons has two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a sauna and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

75 km to the northeast from Kuopio, lake Valkeinen 30 m (length 500 m, width 500 m), shallow sandy bottom, water depth at the end of pier is about one meter, rowing boat.

If the final cleaning has not been ordered and it has not been done properly by the customer, the final cleaning fee will be charged as double afterwards.

Distance to the Tahko ski centre is 22 km, to the western slopes of Tahko 14 km ( the nearest ski lift). There are spa, restaurants, equipment rental and golf course in Tahko area. 6 km to Varpaisjärvi where is the nearest grocery store, a restaurant, and a lighted ski trail.

There is a lake/open water less than 30 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Teeri in Lapinlahti you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
