This holiday home for 4 persons has a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a sauna and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

75 km to the northeast from Kuopio, cabin is located on the same yard with a farm house, the nearest child-friendly beach 2,5 km away, no boat available.

Log cabin built in 1987, kitchenette, living room with bed (120 cm wide) and spreadable sofa, lobby with spreadable sofa, washroom, sauna (wood-burning sauna stove), separate WC. In the summer time there is also a shed with two beds.

The cottage has charging possibility for electric car for extra fee 5€ / day. For rent Evtun Accelev 8kw charger type1 / type2, additional price 10 €. Affordable sauna cabin on owner’s farm yard, there are no longer animals on the farm. Pets are allowed for an extra fee, 30 euros per reservation. There is an official snowmobile trail nearby, distance 100 m. Fire extinguisher is located outside and shared with 2 cabins.

If the final cleaning has not been ordered and it has not been done properly by the customer, the final cleaning fee will be charged as double afterwards.

Distance to the Tahko ski centre is 22 km, to the western slopes of Tahko 14 km (the nearest ski lift). There are spa, restaurants, equipment rental and golf course in Tahko area. 6 km to Varpaisjärvi where is the nearest grocery store and restaurant. Illuminated ski trail in Varpaisjärvi, distance 6 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 2,5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Pihalintu in Lapinlahti you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
