This holiday home for 7 persons has three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a sauna. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a freezer.

Brand new single-level villa in the heart of Tahko within walking distance of all services. Quality has not been compromised with this villa.

The destination is best suited for families, companies and couples. However, the holiday destination will not be handed over to the customer if all persons going to the holiday destination are under 25 years of age.

The wooden villa was completed in 2024, spacious kitchen, bedroom with double bed (160 cm), bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with bunk bed 2+1 beds (lower bed 140 cm and upper bed 80 cm wide). Utility room, washroom (2 showers), sauna (electric heater), hallway, 2 separate toilets.

A large glazed terrace (20m²) and an open terrace of the same size in front of the villa. The villa has water-circulating floor heating throughout and a cooling air heat pump in the summer. The light fireplace is located in the terrace. The gas grill is in use during summer time.

A charging station for hybrid and electric cars can be rented at the apartment The customer needs his own charging cable. Rental prices per car: €30.00 / weekend or €60.00 / week. The rental price is collected as a separate mobile pay payment and paid directly to the cottage owner The villa is located in a quiet cottage area, yet within walking distance of all Tahko services. It is not allowed to bring a bathing tub into the yard. 1 set of firewood is included in the prices, you can get more firewood on site from local stores.

Slopes and restaurants 1.2 km, shared Tahkonlahti beach 1.8 km, Tahko Spa spa and sports park 1.2 km, Tahko Golf 1.8 km, Nilsiään 13 km, Kuopio 65 km, Matkus shopping center 70 km. Reservations start from 4 p.m. and end no later than 12 p.m. on the day of departure (including weekend reservations).

There is a lake/open water less than 1,2 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features skiing. You can also relax, because near Villa aava in Kuopio you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
