45 km west of Kuopio. Lake Virmasvesi 30 m (length 17 km breadth 7 km), shallow water, firm sanded rock bottom. Own boat.
Log cabin 1999, living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed in one and single beds in another, dressing room, washroom, sauna, drying room, foyer, open veranda. Sleeping loft (sloping ceilings, maximum height 130 cm) 2 mattresses (other 80 cm wide and other 140 cm wide). Bicycle for hire. Note: not possible get the outboard motor for hire!
Volleyball field, lawn swing available. Kasurila ski resort 60 km. Golf course Eerikkala Golf distance 22 km.
On arrival of the customer the owner requires a key deposit of 100 euros . This key deposit will be returned to the customer on the day of departure once the owner has checked the cottage.
If final cleaning is ordered on site, the price is 100€.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
